What treatment is best for me?

Our facial menu has been designed to address many different skin concerns including collagen production, fine lines, and wrinkle reduction, pigmentation concerns, acne, improvement of skin elasticity and pore minimization. If you are unsure about which of our treatments are most suitable for you, simply schedule a free consultation with one of our therapists who can advise you on the best approach for your skin concerns. Our consultations are strictly no hard sell, we focus on providing you with a thorough assessment and information that will assist you to make educated decisions that will help you achieve your best skin ever.

What type of skin peels do we use at SkinFitness

We have a range of highly effective skin peels that deliver results in as little as one treatment. Our peels are created by Aspect a leading Australian skincare company.

How to prepare for your peel

To get the best results from your peel program the skin should be prepared with an Aspect starter kit for 2 weeks prior to your first treatment.

Treatments to avoid prior to our facials or peels

1 week

  •  Anti-wrinkle Injections
  •  Home Needling



2 weeks

  • Post-waxing, electrolysis, bleaching, depilatory or hair dying
  • Dermal Fillers
  • Post IPL/Laser hair removal
  • Post IPL/Laser Skin Rejuvenation (peels only)

  • Facial treatments of any kind including any AHA, BHA or Vitamin A treatments (peels only)
  • Microdermabrasion / Epidermal Levelling (peels only)



4 weeks

  • IPL/Laser Skin Rejuvenation (Only prior to Superficial to Medium Depth peels)
  • AHA, BHA, Vitamin A or TCA Superficial to Medium Depth Peels
  • In clinic Needling (peels only)
  • Must allow 4 weeks between last dermal peel and Facelift Surgery



6 to 12 months

  • Full ablative laser resurfacing



Post Treatment Care after facials or Peel 

  • Post your treatments you should avoid sun exposure for at least 72 hours.
