Refunds & Returns Policy
Refund or exchange on products is available with proof of purchase, within 14 days from date of purchase.
Refunds are not available on Gift Cards or services.
At SkinFitness we understand that sometimes schedules change. As part of our service we provide a flexible policy to suit our client's needs however, please provide 12 or more hours notice if you need to change or re-schedule your appointment.
For clients that do not show for their scheduled appointment, an invoice for the full charge of the treatment will be raised and emailed for immediate online payment. If clients fail to show for an appointment as part of a package, a treatment for that package will be deducted.
