LOYALTY Program - FAQs

How does your Loyalty Program work? It's easy and it's great value too. You can either sign up and complete your profile from the email we send you after your first purchase (below) and we'll give you 100 points for doing so or you can just do nothing and your points will continue to accrue. Our Point of Sale synchronizes with the Loyalty Program, using your email address as the unique identifier - this way we can provide you with your purchase points and then by completing your login/profile, we'll give you that extra 100 points.

Customers receive 1 point for every $1 they spend online or in-store (excluding discounted products or services, promotions, packages and subscriptions from 1/1/19). After a purchase has been completed, you will receive an email from us that lets you learn how many points you have just earned, along with your current total points and asking if you would like to sign-up. 

How do I sign up?  Either respond to the initial email we send you after your first purchase or you can go to our website at and click on the green SkinFitness LOYALTY Program box at the bottom of the page. Here you can either:

  • login if you already have registered with your email and password
  • click the green box with SIGN-UP TO JOIN (and receive 100 points)
  • or if you have forgotten your password, click the "Retrieve it here" where you will need to provide the valid email address you used to initially register

What do I receive for the points earned?
100 points earned: receive $10 off your next purchase at SkinFitness
500 points earned: receive $75 off your next purchase at SkinFitness
1000 points earned: receive $200 off your next purchase at SkinFitness

  • Redeeming of LOYALTY points cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount program

How do I check my balance? After a purchase we will send you an email with your points balance on it. Or you can use the instructions above to login to your account and check your balance.

What products or services can I receive Loyalty points for? You will receive points for all purchases across products and services at SkinFitness salons. 

How do I redeem my points? After logging in to your account, you will see your balance and a green CLAIM button (see picture above) against any awards you can currently redeem. Clicking it will provide you with a Coupon Code and will also email it to you. Simply take this to a SkinFitness salon and provide it when you are paying for your treatment. The one-time code will be entered and the price reduced accordingly.

What if I forget my password? Simply click on the above "Retrieve it here" and enter in the email address you used to register with and we'll send you instructions on how to reset your password.

Can I refer a friend? You sure can by logging in and clicking the Invite Friends tab and when they make a purchase at SkinFitness - as a thank you, we'll give you another you 100 points!

LOYALTY Terms of Service

  • SkinFitness reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
  • Coupons can only be redeemed once.
  • If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.
  • If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
  • From 1/1/19 points can not be earned against discounted products or services, promotions, packages or subscriptions.
